The Animal Eye Clinic is a full service ophthalmology hospital for animals such as dogs, cats and exotic pets. We specialize in small animal eye care and see appointments by referral from a primary care veterinarian. We keep in close contact with your referring veterinarian and forward all discharge summaries with recommendations associated with your pets eye care to them in a prompt and efficient manner.

Our hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

To provide high quality service, our veterinary ophthalmology team employs skilled, trained and professional Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT). An RVT is a person that has completed an accredited two or four year program in Veterinary Technology and has passed an Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians approved examination. Our RVTs assist the ophthalmologist in the care and management of your pet. They are trained in many different areas including anesthesia techniques, ophthalmic ultrasound techniques, electroretinagraph (ERG) techniques, as well as many other animal nursing techniques and procedures commonly seen at an ophthalmology clinic.
